Secret weight loss technique...

Why do so many people believe that they can lose weight and feel great by not changing their life style?

Everybody seems to just want to take a pill and then continue to eat like a pig and not exercise and then expect to lose weight.  Well I have some sad news for you.  It does not work that way.

The secret is diet and exercise.  In a nutshell:  

Calories IN > Calories Out = Weight Gain

Calories IN < Calories Out = Weight Loss

So if you want to eat like a pig just exercise like a horse.  Just make small changes in your life and before you know it you too will be eating a healthy diet and exercising.
